Ricardo is 28 from El Salvador and is currently placed as a commis chef with Gather & Gather in Stripe’s new kitchen space in Grand Canal Dock.

Bonno is from Botswana and has been living in Ireland for 2 years. Her favourite thing about Ireland is how welcoming and loving the people are, though she could do without the weather!
